Korean Food / Dietary Color principle?
Not sure if you are familiar with it. I happened to fall on Korean program (no English subtitles) profiling Kitchen K & K Traditional Medicine. From what I understand, there is a principle between the food groups according to color, with their health benefits associated. yellow foods for example the pumpkin, ginger, r held in high esteem. As they are supposed to improve digestion + problem skin conditions, due to their high content of flavonoids or somethg. Definitely I want to learn more about all this. But do 1stly hv watz everyone an indication of the principle of food color / guiding philosophy called? Thks v much!
