Allergic Reaction to Garlic supplements …?
I recently started taking garlic supplements high partly for their bug repellent factor, but also for other health benefits. A few days after I started, I had a rash itchy small bumps on the back of my legs and inside my elbows. I can not think of anything else that garlic has changed in my routine. Could it be garlic, although I've never had a reaction to food garlic? If it is the complement that would mark special or should I swear off garlic pills all together. I use less-Odder Kwai Garlic One A Day Tablets. Thank you for any help you can provide.
You will find that this is not the garlic cause you problems, but the coating put pn the tablet or gel capsule. Sometimes other 'fillers' are made into pills, etc. to keep them stable. Read the pack and see if there is anything you may have never had before or something you do not respond. Try another brand may well work for you if they have different things listed. Cheers
