Tax on High-Value Health Plans gains momentum after Obama's Speech

Chairman of the Finance Committee's Senate Max Baucus (D-Mont.) proposal to impose an excise tax on health insurance, high value plans gained momentum after September 10 that President Obama has endorsed the concept in a speech to the nation.
