If the GOP does win the MA senate seat, will the house approve the Senate Health Bill so Obama can sign it?
Say the GOP does get a 41st seat against health reform. Do you think that the house would approve of the Senate version of health care reform, so that reconciliation could be skipped and Obama can sign it?
