Hi. I smoke 60 cigarettes a day … i love to smoke .. It's a wonderful feeling for most i smoke cigarettes every day .. but I really want to stop for health reasons .. What method of nicotine replacement gives the faster rush of nicotine into the body? to which method of nicotine replacement gives such a success that gives cigarettes ???.. oh, I tried hand held inhaler thing, it was a waste of time, as it was not so strong … and still wanted a cigarette, I tried Zyban and hypnosis and patches, and hand to mouth and the inhaler just staight will, none seemed to work …. I have not stopped smoking for more than 12 hours (a good sleep) for over a decade now! seriously needed some help!
Have you tried a support group ???… this is what finally worked for me .. there is no harm to leave .. NRC, pharmaceuticals, cold turkey, they all work for some good luck .. whatever the mode you choose, there is actually not bad to quit .. as far as the NRM Ultimate?? do not know what it is .. actually what worked for me was to quit does not quit, and get involved in a support group .. I attend meetings at Nicotine Anonymous both locally and online .. You are invited to attend and participate, while you're still smoking .. on the vocal line meetings are as close as your computer ..
