How much do Utah Teachers Make…REALLY…?
I have been working in health care for 15 years (lab) and have decided to go back to school for a Master’s in Education. I will be liscensing in Health to begin with. How much can I expect to make with a Master’s degree? Does teaching High school pay more than middle school???
I realize I am probably going to be getting a pay cut but I am hoping the additional time with my children (summers and holidays off) and the rewards of being an educator will be worth it. I would be especially interested in Weber and Davis School district if any of you out there are familiar with their salaries and how they differ. Thanks so much!!!
Teachers’ salaries are normally based on education and years of experience. I would suggest you contact a Utah school district in which you are interested, and ask.
