Husband sleeps alot on his days off and seems to not have energy. Should I be concerned about his health?
We are in process of moving and things need to get done like yesterday.
He did work six days this week. He woke up this morning had some coffee, then went back to bed and things aren’t getting done. I also work 5 days a week and seem to be doing almost all that needs to be getting done. I am not insensitive the fact that he worked 6 days, but, should I be concerned about his health? He seems to never have any energy to do anything and wants to sleep alot. He goes to work and comes home drained and sleeps all day on his day off. Is this normal? (He’s so tired he’s too tired for sex even.)
It could be from low iron in his blood.
And then again, what kind of work does he do?
My job is physically demanding, so when I come home I feel exhausted.
And on my days off, I don’t want to do anything.
If anything, start giving him a daily vitamin.
Incorporate fresh vegetables and red meat into the diet.
