Time for Tots: Moving up the QRS ladder
HARLAN — Achieving a 4 star rating from the Quality Rating Scale (QRS) Program is a big accomplishment. Time for Tots in Harlan has become the first licensed child care center in the Harrison, Monona, and Shelby Empowerment (HMS) area to receive this distinction. Moving up to a 4-star was a goal Jennifer Wright, director of Time for Tots, had planned to accomplish from the beginning.
