Will Coast Guard make me look bad to colleges?
I want to go into the coast guard as a health services technician and then leave after my first enlistment to go to physician assistant school or nursing school. The only problem I see here is if colleges see the coast guard as not as big on medical jobs as the other branches are. Would it hinder my chances of getting into those colleges?
Absolutely not!!!! And to make it even better, don’t forget the GI bill. It will take a bite out of those college tuition bills.
