at 30 is my life ruined because i have a long mental health history and borderline personality disorder?
ive never been employed because of my problems and mental health disorder (bpd) not bi polar.
i live alone in a one bedroom apartment, trying to work on getting the right help and treatment. i dont have any friends except a few online.
will these circumstances impact majorly on other areas of my life?
is my life over, ruined?
my one and only goal, which is not compramisable, is to emigrate from the uk to build a new life, find a fiance, some friends, security, happiness.
but im depressed because im stuck, and im not going anywhere for the time being.
ive suffered great abuse and trauma at the hands of the brits….and now im full of anger and dislike them based on my experiences…i feel theyve used that to ostracize me from society.
i feel brandished because of my mental health problems and because of my mental health history….like….im never going anywhere…..like ill never be able to leave britain and build a new life.
does anybody have views about this?
You will get better. They have a study that in general most people after 30 only have 3.5 unhappy years total. Read everything online/library about mental illness, abuse and psychology and some self help motivation then it will eventually sink in and you will get better over time.
