hi a 20 year old college student trying to lose weight and gain overall better health, so i need ideas on yummy foods i can make and eat throughout the day (preferably high in protien and low in calories and fatt) for my new diet to a healthier & fit me.im trying to maintain a 1200 calorie diet
any recipes , small snacks, quick breakfast ideas are all welcomed and appreciated!
however, im allergic to peanuts/peanut butter and depise all kinds of nuts

Ok.For breakfast I suggest these:A tub of yogurt,a piece of fruit and two slices of toast.Or,oatmeal with some honey,and a sprinkle of cinamon,a boiled egg and some juice.Lunch:Tuna and salad roll,a piece of fruit and water. Or,chicken mixed with lettuce,cucumber,tomato and a light dressing,a piece of fruit and water.Snack:a tub of yogurt,and a piece of fruit or,some celery or carrot sticks with light Philadelphia cheese.Dinner:Roast beef or chicken,serve of vegetables and water or,spaghetti bolognese with a light sauce,a salad and water.Vary your protein to suit your needs and don`t consume simple carbs,they are full of potential fat storing and are useless as far as nutrition goes.
