Should this result in a lawsuit?
I know this has nothing to do with Marriage&Divorce but you guys seem to be more wise and well-rounded than people in other categories….so I could really use your help.
I have been very ill lately. My symptoms include sharp abdominal pains, chest pain, migraines, and other acid reflux-like symptoms. I just discovered that I have a large amount of mold growing in my window panel. The window is not used often and thus the reason why the discovery was so late. My health began to take a downward spiral in August and I moved into the apartment in the middle of June. I just wanted to know what I should do and if I should receive some type of compensation from my apartment complex since all of my ailments also correlate with toxic mold inhalation. I would even settle for breaking the lease contract. How would you handle this?
i would sue them for a small amount just to pay for meds and a little xtra for urself
