human health and the environment

human health and the environment
As digital technology continues to influence Health Care and Human Service in the future.?

As digital technology continues to influence Health Care and Human Service in the future. what does this mean for those who work and will work in these fields? What will workers in these fields have to do to prepare themselves for this environment? Will prospective workers have to have extensive experience using technology? Explain your answer.

Well, this is a hard question for me to answer, as you obviously have the book for this class, and I don’t, so perhaps you should read it and summarize the answer yourself?

I imagine technology will allow health care and human service workers to have more time available to care for clients, as patient information will become available immediately through the advancing technology, as opposed to current methods where these workers must wait for paperwork to travel between departments and various agencies. These employees will also have to focus on maintaining knowledge of these newer technologies as they progress and become available. This will require retraining which is often provided by the employer, or outside agencies such as a community or a private business specializing in such education. The health care field is progressive, and the available programmes are ever changing to meet the needs of current health care and human service workers as well as those in the future.

Paraphrase it and there you go.
