Is there Spray Cooking oil and no-fat skimmed milk available in mumbai, India??
In the United States we get spray cooking oil, spray non-fat butter, everything very low saturated fat and calories – we get very healthy choices here. I was wonder if in Mumbai – such healthy things available, including no-fat skim milk.
We know Indian people eat most of the things fried, high cholestoral and high saturated fat – not good for health. Such as Ghee and Dalda (?).
Shall we bring these things when I travel mumbai, India or it’s available there. Now, don’t say “We have this, we have that – no BS” – if you think you know the fact – would you please give us name(s)of a store or stores, and their address and phone numbers? Hope someone in India knows this, which will help us to maintain our health while travelling India. We hate greasy food…spice is fine…but no grease please
Yes it is available UN doubted but in High class super markets and not that common in particular to Spray Oil,
Milk is available as skimmed milk in Tetra pack or Packets from Amul and couple of other brands.
Oil you will get in Corn, Soya, & Olive spray some could be Imported.
Dont worry Mumbai has both segments of dirty and elegant, class India is big, Mumbai is quite crowded but you will enjoy.*
